VaultStock (www.vaultstock.co) is an online fashion platform operated by FBB Group, Via Maddalena 16, 29121 Piacenza PC, Italy — P.IVA 0184880330. We offer curated designer and branded fashion products through our Shopify store, live sales events, private sales, and B2B wholesale channels.

By accessing or purchasing from VaultStock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or registering an account. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Who can use our store

Our store is open to both individual consumers (B2C) and business buyers (B2B). By using the site you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• If purchasing as a business, you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• All personal or business information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Products and availability

VaultStock sells designer and branded fashion items including clothing, footwear, and accessories. Our inventory is sourced from accumulated stock and vendor collaborations across Italy and Europe.

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your display settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Italian and EU law. The price shown at the time of your order confirmation is the binding price. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods via our Shopify checkout:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal and PayPal Pay Later
• Shopify Payments and any additional methods displayed at checkout

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order on VaultStock constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You will receive: (1) an order acknowledgement immediately after placing the order, and (2) an order confirmation once we have verified and accepted it. Only the second email constitutes acceptance.

6. Shipping and delivery

VaultStock ships across Italy and internationally. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative and not contractually guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

• Italy: Standard 2–5 business days; express options available at checkout.
• European Union: 3–8 business days depending on destination country.
• International: 7–20 business days. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@vaultstock.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns and refunds

Consumer buyers (B2C) in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Notify us in writing at contact@vaultstock.co before the 14-day period expires, stating your order number and intent to return.
• Return items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in original packaging where possible.
• Ship returns to: FBB Group — VaultStock Returns, Via Maddalena 16, 29121 Piacenza PC, Italy.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

8. Defective and incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us at contact@vaultstock.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Legal guarantees for consumers under Italian law (D.Lgs. 206/2005) apply for 24 months from delivery. Commercial guarantees offered by brands are in addition to, not instead of, these statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on VaultStock — including but not limited to product images, text, logos, brand identifiers, and site design — is the property of FBB Group or its respective licensors and is protected under Italian and EU intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, download, transmit, or exploit any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided content is not modified and attribution is maintained.

10. User accounts

You may register an account to access order history, track shipments, and — where applicable — access B2B wholesale pricing and catalogues. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity carried out under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at contact@vaultstock.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy and data protection

VaultStock processes personal data as data controller in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy legislation. Data is collected and used for order fulfilment, account management, customer service, and — with your consent — marketing communications.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FBB Group's total liability for any claim arising from your use of VaultStock is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Italian or EU consumer law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of VaultStock, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piacenza, Italy.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact for ODR purposes is contact@vaultstock.co.

14. Changes to these Terms

FBB Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of VaultStock following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

For material changes affecting existing B2B agreements, we will provide notice by email with a minimum of 30 days before changes take effect.
