Is everything genuinely authentic? ▾
Yes. All stock comes from verified European fashion warehouses and authorised distributors. Every item carries its original tags and documentation. We don't deal in replica, grey-market or second-hand goods.
Why is membership required — why not just open a public shop? ▾
Pricing at this level requires a controlled environment. Wholesale prices in a public storefront create commercial conflicts with the brands and distributors we work with. Membership keeps the catalogue exclusive, the community serious, and the prices sustainable.
Can I cancel my subscription? ▾
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time — access continues until the end of the paid period. 6-month and annual plans are non-refundable but priced to reflect the commitment. We don't auto-renew without notice.
How often is new stock added? ▾
New items are added regularly as warehouse stock becomes available — typically several times per week. The catalogue reflects live inventory so what you see is what's actually in stock. When something sells out it's gone.
Where does stock ship from and how long does delivery take? ▾
Items ship from the European warehouse holding that specific piece — primarily Italy (Piacenza, Milan, Florence, Como), but also Sweden, Germany and Spain. Exact delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your location and the item's warehouse origin.
